UNEF 1-20 machine threader for stainless steel, American
Professional 1-20 UNEF machine tapping machine, type UNEF 1 - 20, for cutting American unified threads. They are fine threads, one inch in diameter and 20 coils per inch. They have a triangular outline with an angle of 60 degrees. The tolerance class of the threads made is 2B. The unified taps are made by the Czech company Narex, according to the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 374, outline C. Modern HSSE high-speed steel was used in the production of the taps. It is a steel with the addition of about 5% cobalt.
This unique element contributes to the greater hardness of the taps, as well as to their greater resistance to severe cutting conditions. The blades of UNEF 1-20 machine taps are resistant to potential mechanical damage, including fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping and more. The taps are suitable for machining alloy steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel as well as cast steel and cast iron.
