The7/16-14 UNC unified U.S. annealer for cutting external threads. Circular unified threading machine for making inch unified ordinary threads, left LH, UNC 7/16-14. It is suitable for both manual and machine threading. Complete thread cutting is carried out already in the first working pass, after less than two turns, 1,75P nut. The tolerance class of the threads made is 2A. The 7/16-14 UNC unified threads found in our store are in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22568 made of special HSS 800 high speed steel. This is a steel with enhanced mechanical properties, which allow improved cutting parameters. Thanks to the properties of high-speed steel, the chisels are suitable for applications requiring high productivity and reliability. They make it possible to cut threads on pipes and components for their connections. They can be used for machining steels with toughness Rm up to 800 MPa, unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and hardened plastics.
