Turning tool SCKCR 25x25 K12 Varel is a right-hand lathe tool designed for external machining with a 75° angle, ideal for tasks requiring high durability and stability. Designed to work with CCMT 1204 type inserts, it is ideal for roughing, semi-finishing and contouring and edge machining.
Thanks to its massive 25x25 mm body, the cutter provides exceptional rigidity, which translates into reduced vibration, increased insert life and better work surface quality. The K12 variant refers to a design version optimized for larger size 12 inserts, enabling efficient cutting at higher loads and cutting parameters.
The tool is made of hardened tool steel resistant to abrasion and microcracking. The SCKCR's geometry allows for standard tool guidance on conventional and CNC lathes, ensuring stable and safe machining of medium to large workpieces.
