Straight boring bar cutter 16x16 for cast iron
Turning tool NNWa - straight boring bar, size 16x16, designed for professional through and longitudinal boring of very hard and difficult-to-machine materials. The straight boring knives offered in our store are made in accordance with the dimensional standard ISO 8, DIN 4973, with high-quality materials. For the production of the knives in question, a special grade of carbide inserts H20/K20 is used. It allows high-performance roughing and medium-precision machining of cast irons at medium and high feeds and moderate cutting speeds. The straight boring knives we provide are designed to perform machining under adverse and difficult machining conditions, even under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting. They are suitable for conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools. The knives can be used for cutting cast iron, copper and its alloys, plastics, light alloys of heat-resistant and heat-resistant materials and other materials that give short chips.
