High-quality turning tool, type NNWa - straight boring bar, size 16x16. It is turning tool with U10s/M20 carbide brazed insert. This unique grade of carbide makes the subject knives suitable for professional machining of hard steel, cast steel, stainless steel, manganese steel, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel, gray cast iron, unalloyed and low-alloyed cast iron, as well as non-ferrous materials. Straight boring knives made with brazed inserts of these carbide grades are suitable for fine and medium precision machining at medium and low cutting speeds and medium chip cross sections. Their distinctive feature is their increased resistance to severe cutting conditions, including the high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. In addition, the knives are resistant to abrasion and any mechanical damage. They are also characterized by greater hardness and durability. They are suitable for various types of machine tools, including both conventional and computer numerical control machines.
