Straight boring knife 12x12 for cast iron
High quality straight boring knife with H20/K20 carbide brazed insert, complying with the dimensional standard ISO 8, DIN 4973. It is turning tool straight boring knife, NNWa, size 12x12. It is designed for longitudinal and through boring. It is suitable for machining with conventional machine tools (lathes milling machines) as well as modern CNC (computerizd numerical control) machines. The straight boring knives with brazed carbide insert H20/K20 offered in our store are intended for machining cast iron with hardness of about 220 HB, copper and its alloys, plastics, light alloys of heat-resistant and heat-resistant materials, plastic masses and plastics. The carbide grade is designed for medium fine and coarse machining at moderate cutting speeds and medium to high feeds. The advantage of turning knives of this type is a much higher resistance to abrasion under high temperature and resistance to harsh machining conditions.
