Straight boring knife 16x16 for steel
Straight boring knifewith S30/P30 carbide brazed insert, designed for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials, even in very tough conditions. The boring knives offered in our store are in accordance with ISO 8, DIN 4973 (straight boring knives), designed for longitudinal and through boring. The size of the knives is 16x16, NNWa type. They are suitable for conventional machine tools (milling machines and lathes) as well as conventional machine tools controlled by computerized numerical control (CNC) technology. The type of carbide inserts used allows fine and coarse machining, at medium and low cutting speeds and significant cross sections of the cut layer. Straight boring knives with a brazed insert are suitable for machining materials that give a long chip, including steel and cast steel with impurities. The boring knives we offer are characterized by several times greater hardness and extended service life.
