Turning tool straight boring bar, type NNWa, size 16x16, in accordance with ISO 8, DIN 4973 This is turning tool with carbide brazed insert for professional through and longitudinal boring. High-grade carbide inserts of grade H10/K10 were used in the production of the subject straight boring knives. Their composition makes it possible to perform professional machining of cast iron with hardness of about 400 HB, cast iron with local hardening, malleable cast iron, copper and its alloys, austenitic steel, aluminum and aluminum-silicon alloys, porcelain, glass and other non-metallic metals giving short chips. The straight boring knives we offer with a brazed carbide insert of this type are designed for fine and medium precision cutting. The sintered carbides used in the production of inserts are characterized by high heat resistance, wear resistance, high hardness and long service life.
