Straight boring bar cutter 12x12 for stainless steel
Turning tool straight boring barwith carbide brazed insert, type NNWa, size 12x12. This is a straight boring knife in accordance with ISO 8, DIN 4973, and is made with the utmost precision from high-quality materials. U10s/M20 carbide inserts were used in their production. It is a universal grade of carbide that allows fine and medium precision machining of steels, cast irons, manganese steels, stainless steels, heat-resistant and heat-resistant steels and non-ferrous metals. It is suitable for cutting at medium and low cutting speeds and medium chip cross sections. The use of carbide inserts in the straight boring bar allows for much better machining results. The main benefits of using inserts increased tool life, reduced friction and, consequently, also reduced blade temperature and the ability to increase machining productivity by using higher cutting speeds.
