Turning tool hSS straight boring bar 12x12 right handed
High-end turning tool, type NNWa with dimensions 12x12. This is a right-hand straight boring cutter, conforming to the standards of the ISO 8 dimensional standard. It is made to the highest standards, from special high-grade SW7 high speed steel. It is a modern molybdenum steel used in the production of cutting tools resistant to abrasion under high temperatures, as well as resistant to other harsh cutting conditions. The turning knives we offer are suitable for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and others. The knives are recommended for high-speed machining, as their blades are resistant to the resulting temperature - up to 600 degrees. In addition, the blades are resistant to any mechanical damage, which significantly extends their service life. The knives are suitable for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
