The grade is designed for fine and medium precision machining of steel 1istalium at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds.
High quality turning tool for 12x12 internal threads, type NNGd. It is suitable for internal, right-hand threads of size 12x12 and angle of 60 degrees. It is made according to ISO 13 standard, dedicated to individual customers and large industrial plants. It is turning tool for threads, for multi-cutting carbide inserts. A special kind of carbide grade - S10/P20 - was used in the production. This type of carbide allows coarse and medium precision cutting, at medium cutting speeds and at medium rigidity of the machine tool - workpiece - tool system. Internal thread turning knives 12x12 NNGd threading knives are designed for continuous and interrupted machining. They are distinguished for cutting hard materials, under harsh conditions. They are also distinguished by above-average resistance to mechanical damage and at the same time longer service life. They are suitable for conventional and numerical machine tools.
