High quality turning tool for 20x12 NNGc external threads , for turning external threads in very hard and hard-to-machine materials. It is a right-hand cutter for 20x12 threads, complying with ISO 12. Made according to the highest technological requirements with high-quality materials. The carbide multi-flute insert knife is distinguished by its increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions. A special grade of carbide H10/K10 was used in the production of the knife. This type of carbide makes it possible to perform high-performance machining of hard materials, such as cast iron with local hardening, cast iron with a hardness of about 400 HB, malleable cast iron, porcelain, stone, pressed paper, austenic steel, aluminum and aluminum-silicon alloys, glass, hard rubber and other non-metallic materials that give a short chip. The offered 20x12 external thread turning knives are designed for fine and medium precision machining. They are distinguished by above-average hardness, durability and resistance to abrasion under high temperature.
