High-quality turning tool for 20x12 external threads, conforming to ISO 12 dimensional standard. It is a knife for turning external threads, type NNGc, size 20x12. Made using carbide grade S20/P20. These grades of carbide make it possible to significantly increase the quality of turned threads, as well as to increase machining efficiency. S20/P20 carbide is designed for professional fine and medium precision machining at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds. It is also suitable for machining at medium rigidity of the machine tool - workpiece - tool system. The 20x12 external thread turning knives we offer are designed for continuous and intermittent cutting of steel, cast steel and malleable iron. They are very resistant to heavy cutting conditions, are characterized by increased durability, reduced friction and, as a result, also reduced blade temperature and the possibility of using higher machining speeds.
