Designed for fine and medium precision machining of all grades of cast iron, alloy steels, austenitic non-ferrous alloys and non-metallic materials giving short chip.
Professional turning knife for threads with an angle of 60 degrees, size 32x20. Type of the knife NNGc, right-hand, for external threads. It is made according to ISO 12. It is a turning knife for carbide multi-flute inserts. A special grade of carbide, H10/K10, is used for production. This type of insert is suitable for fine and medium precision machining of all grades of cast iron (gray, ductile), alloyed and austenitic steels, nonferrous alloys and various types of non-metallic material grades giving short chips. The turning knives we offer for threading are suitable for conventional and CNC - computerized numerical control - machine tools. A great advantage of turning knives with carbide inserts is increased hardness and resistance to severe cutting conditions, as well as the possibility of machining at very high temperatures.
