The grade is designed for fine and medium precision machining of stall 1 steel at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds.
High quality turning tool type NNGc, conforming to ISO 12. It is a right-hand external thread cutter, size 25x16. It is designed for threading in external holes. Carbide inserts type S20/P20 were used in its manufacture. It is a grade designed for professional cutting of hard and hard-to-machine steel, cast steel and malleable iron. This type of carbide is suitable for fine and medium precision machining at sufficiently high cutting speeds and moderate feeds. The 25x16 external thread turning knives we offer with carbide brazed insert are characterized by significantly increased durability, reduced friction and, consequently, also reduced blade temperature and the possibility of increasing machining productivity by using higher cutting speeds. Lathe knives of this type are suitable for conventional and computer-controlled machine tools in CNC technology
