Manufactured from modern HSS 800 in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN-EN 22568, it is suitable for making Whitworth BSW inch common threads. They are cut on pipes and pipe connections. Threading can be carried out both manually and by machine. Type of NHWa thread cutter, angle 55 degrees, nut 1.75. Tools of this type are distinguished by increased resistance to very difficult cutting conditions. They are suitable even for high-speed threading, during which high temperatures are generated (up to 600 degrees C). The dies are designed for professional use in large manufacturing plants and locksmith workshops. Increased resistance to abrasion and other harsh conditions results in the possibility of better use and improved quality of cut surfaces.
