A professional M2x0 ,25 fine-coil HSS threading burr. Designed for cutting external threads in parts made of hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class (unalloyed steels, automatic steels, metals, hardened plastics, metal alloys). NHDa type of dies, the tolerance classes of made threads are 6g, and the proper thread cutting is carried out already in the first working pass - a 1.75P nut. The anneals in our offer are made of special high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel) according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. Fine-gauge anneals of this type can work in very tough conditions and high cutting speeds. They are resistant to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) and the blades of the dies are extremely rarely subject to breakage, cracking, chipping, chipping and other mechanical damage. They are suitable for manual and machine threading.
