The 12.5 120-degree conical countersink, NWSa, complies with DIN 347 and is designed for professional countersinking, widening and other face machining of holes at an angle of 120 degrees. It is made of special HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a specialized tool steel designed for the production of professional cutting tools. The tapered countersinks we offer are suitable for machining parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoset plastics. The drill blades are very hard and resistant to any mechanical damage. They are rarely subject to cracks, dulling, chipping and breaking. This guarantees a long period of use of the countersinks and the possibility of reducing overall machining costs. The offered tools can be used d conventional machine tools, drills, as well as modern CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
