Modern conical countersink, type NWSa, size 12x6,36. Designed for countersinking and enlarging previously drilled holes and also for face machining of surfaces around holes at an angle of 60 degrees. It is made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 334 from special high-speed tool steel HSS (High Speed Steel). Thanks to the properties of this steel, the countersink is characterized by high cutting parameters. First of all, it allows high-performance and highly accurate machining. The high-speed steel also increases the strength of the countersinks to withstand harsh working conditions. First of all, the tools are very hard and durable, as well as resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping). Thanks to their properties, the conical countersinks we offer are suitable for machining all commonly used construction materials (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, thermosetting and chemically hardening plastics).
