Professional trapezoidal tapping machine Tr 18x4 NGSt for cutting threads that are used in equipment that works infrequently, at low speed, but with high load. We offer trapezoidal machine thread cutters of the Tr 18x4 type, thread tolerance class 7H, in accordance with DIN 103. The Tr 18x4 trapezoidal thread cutters are manufactured by the Serbian company FRA (Fabrika Reznog Alata). It is a factory that has been in continuous operation since 1953, and its more than sixty years of experience is strengthened by the implementation of modern materials, technologies and production methods, as the factory has systematic cooperation with many scientific institutes. The machine taps in our store are made with high precision from special cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. Its main ingredient is cobalt, which improves cutting efficiency and increases resistance to mechanical damage caused by high speed cutting at high temperature. An additional advantage of the offered taps is the covering of the blades with a special wear-resistant TiN coating. It affects the reduction of the coefficient of friction and, as a result, increases resistance to damage. TiN-coated taps also increase machining efficiency.
