Professional reamer 12 H7 machine finisher with cylindrical shank NRTd, shank finisher with embedded cylindrical shank. It is designed for machining cylindrical holes - ready, with the required higher tolerance class H7. Machine finishers of this type are made in accordance with DIN 212 from modern HSS high-speed steel. Their advantage is high hardness and durability, as well as resistance to potential mechanical damage to the blades when machining hard-to-machine materials. Reamers of this type are resistant to harsh working conditions. They are suitable for machining cylindrical holes in unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, plastics. They can be used on conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools. Machine reamers 12 H7 are used to improve the quality of the machinable surface of the hole. They are suitable for both enlarging the diameter of the hole, as well as leading out its diameter, improving roughness and geometry.
