High quality finishing shell reamer 35 H7machine reamerNRNB, with a diameter of 35 mm, designed for finishing cylindrical through-holes and blind holes in H7 tolerance, without additional tool guidance. The machine reamers in our offer are made in accordance with the latest technologies from special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. The offered slip-on 35 reamers are in accordance with DIN 219. They are multi-flute tools with chip flutes, designed for machining holes made with a drill and previously machined with a peeler. They are suitable for reaming diameters to the required sizes, for guiding out the hole axis, removing roughness and also improving the surface roughness of machined cylindrical holes. Tools of this type are suitable for various types of conventional machine tools (lathes and milling machines) as well as for CNC computer-controlled machine tools. The reamers are made of HSS steel, which increases the strength of the tools to withstand heavy cutting conditions, as well as increasing resistance to any mechanical damage.
