Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 76

Finishing shell reamer 76 H7 NRNb, with a section of 76 mm, complying with the 219 A standard. It is a machine reamer, a push-on shank finisher, with straight chip grooves. It is designed for finishing cylindrical holes, with the required higher cutting tolerance class - H7. It can be used to enlarge the diameter of the hole, to obtain a better quality of the machined surface, to improve roughness and also to achieve perfect dimensional conformity of the hole with the design. Machine reamers from our offer are made of modern HSS - High Speed Steel. Thanks to the properties of this steel, the 76 slip-on reamers are characterized by increased cutting parameters. They can be used on conventional and CNC numerical machine tools. They are suitable for machining carbon steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, hardenable plastics. Their advantage is that they are highly resistant to severe cutting conditions, including the high temperature resulting from high-speed cutting.
