Professional finishing shell reamer 50 H7 NRNb, finisher, in accordance with DIN 219. It is a multi-flute tool with chip grooves, with a diameter of 50 mm. Machine reamers of this type are used for "finish" machining of cylindrical holes, with the required higher tolerance class H7, without the need for additional blade guidance. Reamers of this type can be used to enlarge the diameter of holes, increase surface smoothness, level roughness, bring out the axis of the hole, as well as to improve its geometry. Offered machine reamers are made entirely of HSS (High Speed Steel), the properties of which affect better cutting effects, increase the strength of tools to withstand harsh working conditions, as well as increase resistance to possible mechanical damage. They are suitable for various types of conventional machine tools as well as CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
