Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 51
Modern finishing shell reamer 51 H7 NRNb, with a diameter of 51 mm, designed to perform finishing of cylindrical holes. It is a slip-on finishing reamer, with a cone shank, used for machine reaming of drill and peel holes. Reamers of this type are also suitable for bringing out the axis of the hole, correcting its geometry, leveling any irregularities on the surface of the hole and also for increasing the accuracy of machining. The offered reamers are suitable for machining in H7 tolerance. They are made in accordance with DIN 219 from special high-alloy HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to the properties of this steel, the reamers are characterized by a longer service life and a reduced risk of damage to the blades when cutting in very harsh conditions. They can be used for machining carbon steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, on conventional and CNC machine tools.
