Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 36

High-quality finishing shell reamer 36 H7 NRNb - a socketed finisher with a diameter of 36 mm. It is a DIN 219A compliant reamer, manufactured entirely from high-alloy HSS. It is a multi-flute tool with straight chip grooves, making it suitable for machining blind (blind) holes. In our offer we have 36-machine mounted reamers characterized by high resistance to potential mechanical damage and resistant to harsh cutting conditions. These types of NBRb reamers are intended for finishing - "on the ready" cylindrical holes after they have been previously made with a drill and a peeler. The machine reamers we offer can be used for: reaming holes (enlarging the diameter), leading out axes, improving the shape, as well as for fine machining of the hole surface (removing irregularities, leveling roughness). Reamers are suitable for conventional and CNC numerical machine tools. Designed for machining metals, unalloyed steels, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
