Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 22

High-grade finishing shell reamer 22 H7 NRNb, in accordance with DIN 219, designed for machine finishing. It is a finishing shell reamer 22 finisher with taper shank, size 22 mm. It is a multi-flute tool with chip grooves, allowing machining in H7 tolerance class. The machine reamers we offer are for machining "at the ready" after the hole has first been drilled with a drill or reamer with a chip flute. They are suitable both for enlarging the diameter of the hole, and for bringing out the axis of the hole, improving its geometry and reducing the roughness of the machined surface. The machine reamers in question are suitable for conventional machine tools (milling machines, lathes) and modern CNC numerical control machines. They are made entirely of high-quality HSS high-speed steel, the technical properties of which contribute to better cutting effects. The properties of the steel increase the strength of the tools to withstand harsh cutting conditions and also improve the resistance of the blades to possible mechanical damage.
