High-quality roughing shell reamer 47,6 NRNa, with a diameter of 47,6 mm, designed to perform accurate fine machining of cylindrical holes. We offer you professional reamers - slip-on rippers, in accordance with DIN 222.These are multi-cutting tools with torsion teeth characterized by high resistance to all mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). They are suitable for machine machining of holes previously drilled with a drill, in which a small reserve of material is left for further cutting. Their purpose is not only to increase the smoothness of the hole surface, but also to correct errors in the shape of the machined hole, to bring out the hole axis and to reduce roughness. The reamers in question are suitable for conventional and computer numerical control machine tools. They are made of special HSS high-speed steel. The properties of this steel make it possible to cut workpieces made of materials falling into categories P1.2 - P1.3
