High-quality roughing shell reamer 51,2 machine, designed to perform accurate machining of cylindrical holes. It is roughing shell reamer slip-on, type NRNa, size 51.2 mm, in accordance with DIN 222. These types of reamers are designed for fine machining of holes previously made with a drill. They are suitable for accurately shaping the size of the hole, bringing out its axis and adjusting the dimensions of the hole to meet construction needs. They are also designed to reduce roughness, remove irregularities and also to improve the smoothness of the surface of the machined hole. The machine reamers we offer are multi-tooth, torsion-tooth tools made entirely of a special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. Thanks to this steel, reamers are highly resistant to harsh machining conditions, as well as resistant to potential mechanical damage. They are suitable for cutting workpieces made of P1.2 grade materials - P1.3.
