SYSTEM "M" - negative geometry of knives.
Double-sided interchangeable inserts (the angle of application of the insert equal to 0°) are fixed with a pin on the surface of the cylindrical bore and pressure from above on the contact surface.
PCBNL 32x32-19 folding turning knives with inserts clamped in the "M" system are the best choice for efficient machining, both roughing and finishing, requiring the highest rigidity and stability of insert clamping. PCBNL 32x32-19 folding cut ters are used for external turning and boring of holes with large diameters (above 25 mm). The "M" system is characterized by a very high repeatability of the blade position, no loose clamping elements.
