Professional M18x1.5 blind through-hole straight fine thread machine taps with through-hole shank for cutting metric threads type M18x1.5 manufactured by the world-famous Czech company Narex. The brand is known for the high quality of its products, the use of the latest production technologies and the use of innovative materials. This is, among other things, the result of ongoing cooperation with many scientific institutions and the implementation of the latest scientific developments in production. The fine thread machine taps we offer are manufactured from special cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. Type of tapping threader C (2-3 P) for tapping of blind through holes, 60 degrees of tapping angle. M18x1.5 machine taps for stainless steel are in accordance with DIN 374. Thanks to cobalt steel, the taps are characterized by high performance and at the same time high cutting precision. The advantage of threaders made of cobalt steel is also the ability to significantly increase machining efficiency and thus reduce machining time. The taps are suitable for cutting very hard materials such as alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel and other hard-to-machine materials. The machine taps in question are characterized by high resistance of blades to possible damage to the blade during operation (breaking, cracking, chipping, breaking out, dulling).
