Machine Tap through-holeM18×1.5 is a precision tool designed for making metric fine threads with a pitch of 1.5 mm in through-holes. Made from high-grade HSSE cobalt high-speed steel, it provides increased wear resistance, excellent heat resistance and long service life, even when machining difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, alloy steels and brass.
The tool is made in accordance with DIN 374 B, which stands for a medium working part length that combines good rigidity with versatility of use. Machine Tap M18×1.5 for stainless steel makes it possible to produce precise threads in ISO2 6H tolerance class, in accordance with current industrial standards.
