Long machine tapping M9
Modern M9 long machine threader NGMf for nuts, general purpose for threading NGMf nuts. It is made in accordance with DIN 357, the tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2-6H. The tapping machine is used for cutting ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 9 mm, ISO DIN-13, with an angle of 60 degrees. It is manufactured from special HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a unique material that facilitates the processing of hard and hard-to-machine materials. High-speed steel allows for higher cutting efficiency, which is particularly useful for large locksmiths performing small and medium-volume machining. In addition, M9 long machine threaders made of HSS are highly resistant to all kinds of fractures, cracks, chipping and other types of mechanical damage. Designed for threading parts made of materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3 (ordinary steels, carbon steels, metals, metal alloys, synthetic materials).
