Long machine tapping M7
Modern M7 machine long threader NGMf for nuts, general purpose designed for threading nuts. It is suitable for cutting ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 7 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2-6H. M7 long machine taps are produced from special HSS - High Speed Steel. This unique tool steel allows to achieve better cutting effects, including, first of all, it affects higher machining efficiency. The machining time of a single workpiece is reduced, and thus there is a possibility to make better use of the equipment you have. Another advantage of the tapping tool is the high resistance of its blade to possible mechanical damage, such as breaking, cracking, chipping and dulling. Also noteworthy is the high precision of the cut threads. The taps are made according to ISO 357 standard.
