Long machine tapping M20
M20 long machine tapping threader NGMf for nuts of general purpose for threading nuts and parts that require long thread reach. It is suitable for cutting ordinary metric threads, type M, diameter 20 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2-6H. The M20 metric machine long threaders in question are manufactured from modern high speed steel HSS (High Speed Stell). Its properties translate directly into cutting parameters. First of all, they are characterized by high machining efficiency and accuracy. The offered machine threaders are also resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including high temperatures generated during machining (up to 600 degrees C). The blades of the threaders are resistant to possible breakage, cracking, chipping, breaking out and even dulling. As a result, the tools can be used for a very long time and can be used for machining metals, unalloyed steels, nonferrous metals and their alloys.
