High-quality 1" inch long machine pipe threader , NGRf for cutting pipe and cylindrical threads in accordance with DIN ISO 228, angle of outline 55 degrees, type G 1". Such threads are used for all kinds of mechanical connections of fittings. They are cut most often on pipes and components for their connections. The subject long inch 1" machine pipe threaders are produced from modern molybdenum grade HSS (High Speed Steel). This special material affects the speed of cutting and at the same time increases the efficiency of work. This makes it possible to make more economical use of the workstations you have. In addition, high-speed steel machine threaders are very resistant to the high temperatures generated during machining (up to 600 degrees C) and their blades are resistant to mechanical damage. They are suitable for machining materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. The tapping machine comes from stock, it was produced by the Polish company FWP (Precision Products Factory). It has the designation R, because at the time of the production of the tapping machine, the G standard was not in force in Poland. It is a 100% full value G inch tapping machine, made in dimensions and tolerances in accordance with the current standards for G threads according to DIN-ISO 228.
