Professional M4 x0,7 HSS threading dies, round NHMa, with diameter M4. It is designed for manual and machine cutting of ordinary (external) metric threads. Complete thread cutting is carried out in just one working pass, after less than two coils - 1,75P. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. The offered dies are made in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. For the production of dies a special HSS high-speed steel is used. This is a material with very high cutting properties, used for the manufacture of professional tools for multi-batch machining. HSS toolholders are very resistant to the high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. In addition, they are very resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, splintering, chipping), which significantly increases the life of the tool. The metric dies in our store are suitable for machining materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
