This type of metric threading dies are made in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Threads can be cut manually and by machine. Complete thread cutting is carried out already in the first working pass, after less than 2 coils - a 1.75P nut. The offered chisels were produced from special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a unique tool steel, thanks to which it is possible to significantly increase the speed of machining and also to improve the quality of machined surfaces. Thanks to the properties of HSS, our metric chisels are more resistant to severe cutting conditions, including high temperatures generated during threading at high speeds. In addition, the dies are resistant to all mechanical damage, including fractures, cracks, chipping, breaking off.
We recommend you high-grade NHMa round dies for professional cutting of metric ordinary threads M6. The dies are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. They are suitable both for manual threading - using a special knob, and for machine threading using various types of machine tools. Thread cutting takes place in just one working pass, after less than two coils (1.75 P). The dies have special holes for quick removal of excess cut material. They allow threads of M6 size to be made. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g.
