Hand tapsM9 x1,25 HSS -three professional taps for general use, used for cutting ordinary metric threads. M9 hand taps cut threads in three working steps: preliminary, proper and finishing. The cap of successive threaders is 8P - preliminary threader, 4P - peeling threader and 2P - finishing threader, respectively. The tolerance field of the thread made is ISO-2 (6H). the tools are made of special high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel) and are designed for machining materials of the P1.2-P1.3 group , i.e. for cutting threads in parts made of carbon steel (unalloyed), metals, non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), non-ferrous alloys (brass, bronze) and plastics. Thanks to the use of the above special tool steel for the production of threading dies, they have a high resistance to blade damage during threading, and thus guarantee high precision machining and high productivity.
