The set consists of three pieces of taps, No.1 - preliminary tapping, No.2 - intermediate tapping, No.3-finishing tapping. The threaders were made according to ISO2 standard, while the thread made by this set of threaders is ISO DIN-13 ordinary metric thread.
Professional general-purpose hand taps for making M8, ISO DIN-13, 60-degree metric ordinary threads, TT brand. The threads are made by hand using the appropriate knob. The threaders are made of special HSSG high speed steel according to the standard marked ISO 352. The set includes 3 threaders. The first one - a preliminary one with an 8P overlay, the second proper one with a 4P overlay and the third finishing one with a 2P overlay. The allowance of the thread furrow material is divided between each of the 3 threaders. The tolerance field of the thread is ISO-2 (6H). The use of special tool steel for the manufacture of thread cutters makes them of exceptional quality and high resistance to blade damage during thread cutting. They are suitable for cutting threads in parts made of very hard and hard-to-machine materials such as alloy steels, cast iron, cast steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, hard plastics and others.
