Hand tapsM45x1.5 fine-coil HSS - professional hand taps complying with ISO 529 standard intended for cutting metric fine-coil threads type M45x1.5 with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Threading is done manually using a special knob, in two successive stages. Firstly, the threader No. 1 - ripper with an 8P nut is used, and then the finishing threader No. 2 with a 2P nut is used. The M45x1.5 fine-coil manual threaders offered in our store are characterized by high cutting properties, which is the result of using a special HSS (High Speed Steel) for their production. This is a modern tool steel influencing the possibility of significantly increasing the efficiency and accuracy of machining. In addition, hand threaders M45x1,5 made of it are much more resistant to heavy cutting conditions than threaders made of conventional tool steel. They are designed for machining materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. These are unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics.
