Hand taps 2-4 1/2 BSW Whitworth
A set of professional 2-4 1/2 BS W Whitworth inch hand taps for cutting Whitworth threads, type BSW 2 - 4 1/2, BS-84:1956, with an outline angle of 55 degrees. The tools are used for cutting through-holes and blind holes, mainly in any type of piping. The offered tools are sold in a set, which includes a preliminary threader with an 8P outline, a proper threader with a 4P outline (ripper) and a finishing threader with a 2P outline (finisher). The right thread is cut in three working steps with successive use of all three taps. The tools are characterized by high quality workmanship in accordance with the ISO 529 standard. The biggest advantage of the threaders offered to you is their production from a special high-quality HSS high speed steel - SW7M. This is a tool steel that allows threading of very hard, hard-to-machine materials, such as unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys.
