Modern carbide rotary burr flame type H, dimensions: working diameter 12 mm, length of working part 32 mm, shank M06. Flame rotary files fi 12 mm offered by our store are made to the highest standards from conventional tool steel (shank part) and VHM carbide (working part). Thanks to the properties of carbides, the files are very hard and durable and can withstand very tough cutting conditions. Carbide files are characterized by hardness similar to diamond. They retain their hardness and wear resistance even at very high temperatures reaching as high as 700 - 1000 degrees C. Flame rotary files fi 12 mm are suitable for smoothing machined surfaces, for deburring, for chamfering and breaking edges, for smoothing welds and seams, as well as for shaping and finishing sawing.
