Drill 9,5 mm cobalt HSSE Inox. High-quality twist drill, with a cylindrical smooth chuck with a diameter of 9,5 mm. It is made by grinding method from modern cobalt HSSE high-speed steel, characterized by high cutting properties. This type of drill has 2 central blades, ground cutting edges, a tip angle of 118 degrees and spiral chip grooves. Thanks to these specific geometrical features, precise drilling and fast chip removal are possible. Additional advantages of the drill bits are the special features of high-speed steel with the addition of about 5% cobalt. They affect the possibility of significantly increasing cutting performance and accuracy. They make it possible to cut in very harsh conditions, including even in high temperatures created when drilling at high speed. The drill blades are highly resistant to mechanical damage and extremely rarely break, crack or even dull. As a result, the drills can be used for a very long time. Drill bits for metal 9,5 mm cobalt, are mainly intended for professional drilling in large locksmith shops using not only conventional machine tools, but also modern CNC machines.
