Drill 12,5 mm cobalt HSSE Inox. Specialized cobalt Inox twist drill bit with smooth cylindrical shank produced according to the dimensional standard DIN 338 from high-grade molybdenum HSSE high-speed steel, the essential component of which is 5% cobalt. This unique composition of the steel, together with the specific geometric features of the drill bit, significantly increases the resistance of the drill bit to blade damage during high-speed drilling, during which very high temperatures are generated (up to 670 degrees C). Cylindrical drills of this type can be used with any type of mechanical drills and CNC-controlled machine tools . They have two central blades with ground edges, which are insensitive to strong impacts and lateral forces. In addition, the 12.5 cobalt cylindrical metal drill bits in question are resistant to very difficult cutting conditions and resistant to mechanical damage to the blades. They allow very precise and high-performance drilling. They are designed for machining alloy steels, cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel. They can be used for conventional drills and CNC-controlled machine tools.
