Drill 12,2 mm cobalt HSSE Inox. Specialized Inox cobalt twist drill bit, type, with cylindrical shank, with a nominal diameter of 12,2 mm intended for drilling through-holes and blind holes. It is a high-performance drill bit, made according to the dimensional standard DIN 338 from a special high speed steel with the addition of 5% cobalt - HSSE, the addition of about 5% cobalt. The properties of this steel increase the efficiency of drilling and also improve the accuracy of drilled holes. Their advantage is also increased resistance to damage of the blade when drilling at high speeds. The 12.2 cobalt metal drill bits we offer are suitable for machining alloy steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel and other hard materials. They have two center blades with ground edges that are insensitive to hard impacts and lateral forces, and special grooves for removing chips from the drilled hole. They are suitable for conventional drills, milling machines, lathes and modern CNC machine tools.
