Modern long drill bit for metal 8,1 for professional use. It is suitable for drilling through-holes and blind holes in materials of class P1.2 - P1.3. It is a long, twist, cylindrical drill with a diameter of 8.1 mm made in accordance with NWKb, DIN 340 from special HSS high-speed steel. The drills we offer have 2 central blades, an angle of 118 degrees, special chip grooves for chip removal, and strong cutting edges insensitive to impact and lateral forces. The long metal drills 8,1 are designed for professional processing of hard unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, copper alloys, aluminum alloys giving short chips and thermoplastics. They can withstand harsh working conditions, especially the high temperatures generated when drilling at high speed. Even when subjected to thermal shocks, drill blades are resistant to mechanical damage and rarely break, crack, chip or dull. They are suitable for a variety of conventional and numerical computer-controlled machine tools.
