Extra long drill bit for metal 6
Modern very long drill bits for metal 6 with nominal diameter 6 mm, very long, type NWKp. Made according to the dimensional standard DIN 1869. Designed for drilling very deep holes in materials classified in class P1.2 - P1.3. These are unalloyed steels, alloyed steels, metals, copper, aluminum, bronze, brass, tero-hardened plastics, cast irons and others. Long drills for metal 6 NWKp have a tip angle of 118 degrees.
No prior scoring, drilling or pilot drilling is required for drilling holes. The drills offered in our store are produced from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). Thus, they are distinguished by their higher resistance to very difficult drilling conditions, including high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) created during high-speed drilling at high speed.
