High quality professional long drill bit for metal 2,1 twist with smooth cylindrical shank. Manufactured in accordance with the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340. It has a diameter, 2,1 mm, 2 central blades, a tip angle of 118 degrees, special chip grooves and strong ground cutting edges. Thanks to this design, it is possible to quickly discharge chips up the drilled hole and also increase the drill bit's resistance to impact and lateral forces. The 2,1 long metal drill bits we offer are uniform - made entirely of modern molybdenum HSS (High Speed Steel). Thanks to this steel, the drills are very resistant to very difficult cutting conditions, and thus resistant to various mechanical damage. This not only increases the precision of drilling, but, above all, extends the life of the tools. In addition, the drills allow high-performance drilling, at high speeds during which very high temperatures are generated. Even under such harsh conditions, the drill blades are not subject to abrasion, dulling, cracking and other damage. They can be used for traditional drilling machines, lathes and milling machines, as well as for modern CNC machine tools.
