Designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in very hard and hard-to-machine materials falling into the category P1.2 - P1.3. These are unalloyed steels, metals, plastics, copper alloys and aluminum giving short chips. Long drills for metal 2.0 offered by us are dedicated mainly to large workshops and plants implementing professional processing. Cylindrical drills from our offer are made according to the NWKb, DIN 340 dimensional standard from special HSS high-speed steel. The properties of this steel allow high-performance drilling with increased speed. Even when exposed to very high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C), the drills allow drilling very accurately, and moreover, their blades are resistant to any mechanical damage. The drills are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping and even dulling. This makes the tools very durable and can be used for a very long time. They are suitable for various types of conventional and CNC machine tools.
